The X-ZACK SWING TRAINER is simple and easy to use. Once the waist belt is properly secured to the user, the Velcro is affixed around the bat and the jump hook is attached to a fixed pole or fence it is ready for action. When you begin to swing the bat as you normally would, the resistance tubing will start to work the different muscle groups. This all takes place in the act of a normal swing with the X-ZACK SWING TRAINER, which ultimately results in power at the plate.
